The three day weekend I’ve been waiting for a while now is FINALLY here! We have spent this Saturday relaxing and we laid by the pool for a little bit. Early this morning, Alex and I went to my first class at F45 Training Center! I am not really a huge fan of working out, but I absolutely LOVED it! It was a 60 minute class (normally 45 minutes though), and there were 26 stations. You spend 40 seconds doing one exercise at each station. For example, there will be a rowing station, a dead lift station, or a burpbee station. You do the circuit of those 26 stations two times. I felt so amazing afterwards and felt challenged at the same time. It is almost like having a personal trainer guiding you throughout the workouts. Also, the best part I checked how many calories I burned on my apple watch and it said I burned 600 calories! Not bad for 1 hour of working out!
