Sharing our recent mommy and me girls day! We did some Spring and Summer shopping for Kennedy at Kid’s Atelier!
Last weekend we had a mommy and me day! We had a day of shopping the children’s store Kid’s Atelier and getting cute clothes and shoes for Kennedy for Spring and Summer. After a fun time shopping and a spin on the carousel, we had a yummy girl’s lunch!! 🙂 Having a little girl is SO much fun and I’m so lucky to have my little BFF to do all the girly things with! She is definitely my little mini-me and loves clothes and girly things like mommy.
Our Saturday morning started off at South Coast Plaza. We stopped by one of our favorite children clothing stores, Kid’s Atelier, for a little shopping and new shoes. They carry an amazing selection of unique dresses, skirts, shoes, and much more! They also carry the shoe brands I love for Kennedy- Native Shoes and Mini Melissa.

The employees there are SO nice and treated Kennedy like a little princess! They let her explore, Kennedy was able to pick out things she liked, and they helped me pick out some cute things for her. They also had set up a little table with flowers and treats! Kennedy had some macaroons, marshmallows and OJ before starting shopping with mommy. They also gave her a Mickey balloon which she was in HEAVEN! As you can see from the photos, balloons are her absolute fav!
Since Kennedy is growing out of a lot of her shoes, I needed to stock up on some for summer. They helped find her exact foot size and shoes that work well with her wide feet. Kennedy had some input in the shoes she wanted and let mommy know which ones she loved the best. We got her two pairs of Native Shoes- one a size up in case her feet grow in the summer. We got her this pair of gold sparkle ones and these pink ones. The great thing about Native shoes is they are easy to wipe clean and you can also throw them in the dishwasher to get them clean again. They are easy to slip on, are waterproof, and are very easy for toddlers to walk in. I also got her a pair of gold sparkle Mini Melissa’s. They are so stylish and look so great with dresses!
We got to take our time finding what we liked and they were so accommodating. It is definitely a totally different shopping experience shopping at Kid’s Atlier than any other children’s store!
