Talking all about the new Bedford community here in Southern California! It is open to the public this Saturday from 10am-4pm!
I was invited to tour the new Bedford community that is in South Corona yesterday! I was so impressed by all the amazing amenities, the beautiful model houses, the amazing price points of the homes, close proximity to restaurants and a movie theater, and it feels like you’re in nature nestled alongside the Santa Ana mountains. The amenities are catered to mainly families such as game areas and parks, but also have some great things for adults. The Hudson House is near the main pool, and will have an open bar called the Sidecar Bar. Also, at The Hudson House there is a room you can use for parties, backyard BBQ’s, and socializing with neighbors. There is a baby pool that is really shallow and has a beach entrance. We have this type of pool in our development and Kennedy LOVES it! It also has a beautiful main pool and Jacuzzi!
There are three amazing tracts being built now- Citron, Nova and Whitney. They are in price points ranging from the low $300’s to low $500’s. Below are some pictures of the Nova and Whitney houses. I was so impressed by the beautiful exteriors of these homes as well as the layouts. They are all thoughtfully planned and I loved the size of the yards as well!
